iZipPDF does not claim ownership of your User Content.

iZipPDF is not intended to operate as a permanent file-storage, archiving, or backup service.

Uploaded files are retained only for the period reasonably necessary to perform the requested processing operation and are subject to deletion through our technical processes.

You should always keep your own copy of important original documents.

You are responsible for deciding whether iZipPDF is appropriate for any particular document.

You should exercise particular caution before uploading files containing:

• passwords;
• authentication credentials;
• banking information;
• payment information;
• medical records;
• identity documents;
• government identification numbers;
• confidential legal documents;
• trade secrets;
• highly confidential business information; or
• other sensitive personal information.

Use of iZipPDF does not create an attorney-client, doctor-patient, accountant-client, fiduciary, financial-adviser, or other professional relationship.

You agree not to use iZipPDF to:

• infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other legal rights;
• distribute malware, ransomware, viruses, spyware, or malicious code;
• perform phishing or fraud;
• commit identity theft;
• facilitate unauthorized system access;
• bypass access controls or security mechanisms;
• interfere with the proper operation of the Services;
• probe, attack, overload, or disrupt our infrastructure;
• bypass rate limits;
• conduct unauthorized automated scraping;
• use automation that creates unreasonable load on the Services;
• reverse engineer protected software except where expressly permitted by law;
• distribute illegal material;
• abuse or exploit the Services; or
• assist another person in any prohibited activity.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, sublicense, commercially exploit, or create unauthorized derivative works from protected iZipPDF materials unless expressly permitted by law or authorized in writing.

We are not responsible for the independent acts, omissions, availability, security, content, or policies of third-party providers.

• lost profits;
• loss of business;
• loss of opportunity;
• interrupted operations;
• security incidents;
• conversion errors;
• processing errors; or
• reliance on processed files.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that applicable law does not permit us to limit or exclude.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless iZipPDF and its operator from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and reasonable expenses arising out of or relating to:

• your unlawful use of the Services;
• your User Content;
